To place an order on our wholesale website, you need an account. Retailers who we reached out to can create account by simply replying to our email. If you found us on your own, please fill out a quick application here: Wholesale Application. We collect the following information on our application: your name, shop name and address, what type of products you sell, how you found us and how you will be selling your products. Once you have an account you can place an order anytime on our wholesale website.
If placing an order on our Faire shop, please be sure to use our direct link endlessaugustsupplyco.faire.com. Orders placed on Faire will follow Faire's terms of service.
$80 minimum on opening orderings; $60 minimum on reorders.
We accept all major credit cards, Shopify Payments and PayPal. Shipping fees are calculated during checkout. Payment is captured at the time of order fulfillment.
Orders ship in 3-5 business days.
Some products are available for pre-order and ship dates are listed in the product description. Occasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified of backorders and they will ship separately once those items are back in stock. Please let us know before placing an order if you do not accept backorders.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and added to your order total. Shipping costs are based on weight and distance. Most orders ship via UPS Ground, but we offer various shipping options on our wholesale site. Orders ship from Fort Collins, Colorado. Endless August Supply Co is not responsible for carrier delays. Any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the retailer.
When your order has been prepared for shipment you will receive an email with tracking information.
All products must be displayed and sold in it's original packaging.
All wholesale orders are final. If you need to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order hasn't shipped yet we can cancel your order. Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrectly shipped items only. Please email within 5 days of receipt of your order to report any problems and arrange a replacement.
